Log in to the Calling App.
Navigate to Reports.
Open the Call Connection Summary report.
Open the Filter option.
Check the available filter fields.
Expected Result:
The following filter options should be available in the Call Connection Summary report:
Owner
Created Date
Updated Date
Connected Count
Actual Result:
The Owner, Created Date, Updated Date, and Connected Count filter options are missing in the Call Connection Summary report in the Calling App.
