Precondition:
A lead record is available and the Add Notes option is accessible.

Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to the Lead Details page.
Open any lead.
Click the option to Add Notes.
Observe the Notes popup/modal.

Actual Result:
The Add Notes popup is not properly aligned within the screen. A horizontal scrollbar is displayed at the bottom of the popup, and some content/buttons are partially cut off or not positioned correctly.

Expected Result:
The Add Notes popup should be properly aligned and fully visible within the screen without requiring horizontal scrolling. All fields, buttons, and popup content should be completely accessible.
